1. Check the visual wear degree of tire surface. The "grinding point" of the tire surface can indicate
the accumulation of foreign matters, such as thread, iron wire and other sundries may wind around
the wheel. Take out the bolts and nuts on the wheel and clean up the sundries. Check whether the
wheel bearing is damaged. If the parts are not damaged, they can be reassembled and continue to
be used. If the wheel is often entangled by sundries, it is recommended to assemble an anti winding
cover to avoid it.
2. Loose casters of universal wheels or stuck wheels can also cause proper maintenance and
inspection of "grinding points", especially check the tightness of bolts and the amount of lubricating
oil. Replacing damaged casters can enhance the rolling performance and rotation flexibility of the
equipment.

3. Serious damage or looseness of rubber tires may lead to rolling instability, abnormal air leakage
load and bottom plate damage. Timely replacement of damaged tires and bearings can reduce the
cost loss caused by downtime due to caster damage
4. After checking and repairing the wheel, determine whether the bolts and nuts are tightened, and
use lock washers or lock nuts on all bolts as far as possible. If the bolts are loose, tighten them
immediately. If the wheel installed in the bracket is loose, the wheel will be damaged or unable to rotate.
